Salesforce Flow automation that your admins can maintain

If your team copies data between records, chases approvals over email, or assigns work by hand, Flow can do it for them. We build automation that's documented, tested and easy to change later.

What you get

  • An inventory of your current automation on every object
  • Record-triggered, screen and scheduled Flows
  • Approval processes with notifications
  • Migration of Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow
  • Fault paths and error emails, so failures don't go unnoticed
  • Documentation for each Flow

You probably need this if

  • Your org still runs Workflow Rules or Process Builder
  • Reps spend time updating fields that could update themselves
  • Approvals happen in email and nobody knows where they stand
  • You have several automations on one object and they conflict
Typical projects

Automation we build most often

Lead and case routing

Assign records by region, product, workload or skill, with round-robin and escalation rules.

Approvals

Discounts, contracts and expenses approved in Salesforce, with a clear record of who approved what.

Legacy migration

Workflow Rules and Process Builder moved to Flow and consolidated, so each object has a clear order of operations.

FAQ

Common questions

Why move off Workflow Rules and Process Builder?

Salesforce ended support for both at the end of 2025. They still run, but they get no fixes and new features only come to Flow.

When do you use Apex instead of Flow?

When the logic is complex, very high volume or needs callouts that Flow handles poorly. We'll tell you which fits and why.

Will our admins be able to edit the Flows?

Yes. We name and document everything and walk your admins through each Flow before handoff.
